Contacting a seller

You need to talk to a seller about an item that you are interested in or you would like to check when your order can be sent? Then this section is for you.

How to contact a seller about an item for sale

We strongly recommend you contact sellers to ask about their item(s) for sale. This helps you determine whether there are any additional wear and tear not quite visible on the pictures, how they could fit you based on how they fit the seller, and get an answer to any other doubts you may have (e.g., which fabric are items made of, exact length of a belt, etc) . 

It is however not possible to send a private message to the seller. All questions must be posted in the item's "Comments" section located below the pictures and price and visible by all users.

The seller can answer your question in the same section or add extra pictures to the item's advert as required.

This allows all users to get the same information and prevents the seller from repeating himself too often.

You can also use this section to invite other users to check out the item. Simply tag them (typing the "@" symbol before their name to access the list of users) so they get a notification.

If you would like to negotiate the price, you can always make an offer via the "Make an offer" button (next to the "Buy now" button). The seller will receive your offer and accept/reject it.

Beware however that sellers have to activate this option. So if you do not see this button, just ask them nicely if they are happy to negotiate prices in the Comments!

 As sellers can answer your questions via the Comments section and add pictures (including copies of receipt or authenticity certificates) to the advertisement, there is no need to exchange personal information such as email, phone, social network user IDs, etc. Therefore, we will not accept responsibility for any transactions made outside of our platform.

How to contact a seller about your order

After you have bought an item and your order has been created, you might still want to contact the seller. For example :

  • You selected a delivery via postage stamps or the shipping label failed and you would like to know if the seller shipped your product with a Track & trace,
  • You need to clarify your address,
  • Your return request has been approved and you need to give return details to the seller,
  • Your order has not yet arrived.

This is why, as soon as your order is created, a private chat opens between you and the seller. 

You can access it in Menu > My Orders > Buys. You will need to click on the talking bubble at the bottom right corner of the item's picture.

You can also access it from the order confirmation email we sent you. It should contain a button that takes you straight into your private chat !
