Delivery methods

There are different delivery methods with which you can receive your package. The seller indicates which methods they support and then the choice is yours! You can choose yourself if you want the package delivered to your home or if you want to pi k it up at a service point.

Who is paying for shipping

You pay for the shipping costs when you purchase an item. The order price is excluding shipping and administration costs. You can see the estimated costs per delivery methods in the product page. When purchasing an item, you can choose the desired delivery method. The costs of this delivery method will be confirmed (based on your address) and added to the order price. It is wise to keep this in mind when you place a bid!

Home delivery

By default, it is possible to get your package delivered to your home. In each country, we work with a local shipping company to arrange this. This is PostNL for the Netherlands, BPost for Belgium and La Poste for France. The seller indicates the size of the package and based on that, you will pay a different price.

Delivery through a service point

You can also choose to have your package delivered to a service point. You can only choose this option when the seller supports this. This is usually a cheaper way of shipping a package and it automatically includes Track & Trace. This means that the seller will drop the package off at a service point and it will be delivered at the service point you selected. You can collect the package during opening hours. This might be convenient when you are not much at home. There are different shipping companies who support this kind of delivery.

Buyer pick-up

You can also choose to pick up your package at the address of the seller! This is only available when the seller supports this and when the seller is living within a radius of 50km from your set address. You won't have to pay any shipping costs when you select this delivery method (but you still need to buy the item through our platform). You can activate this in your account.

When activated, you will see the items that are available for buyer pick-up. If you purchase an item, you can then choose to go pick up the package in your cart. It will costs you nothing! When the order is placed, you can chat with the seller to discuss a place and time to meet.
